I’m the founder of TA Nutrition and Health, and my work is driven by a simple belief: health should support your life, not control it.

I started TA Nutrition and Health after seeing too many people stuck in cycles of dieting, restriction, and burnout—doing everything they were told, yet still feeling frustrated, exhausted, and disconnected from their bodies. Nutrition had become confusing and stressful, and people were blaming themselves when rigid plans failed.

My approach is different. I focus on personalized, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit real life. There are no extremes, no quick fixes, and no one-size-fits-all plans—just practical guidance that helps you build consistency, confidence, and long-term health.

I’m especially passionate about helping people rebuild trust in their bodies, improve their relationship with food, and feel calm and capable around their health choices. My goal isn’t just short-term results—it’s giving you the tools and understanding to make good decisions for life.
