FAQ

Common questions new clients ask

1. “Do you provide meal plans or diet plans?”

This is usually the first question. Many people want to know if they’ll get a strict plan to follow.

I explain that while I can provide structure and examples, my focus is on personalized guidance and habit-building, not rigid meal plans that are hard to sustain. The goal is to help clients learn how to eat well in real life—at home, at work, and socially.

2. “Will I have to cut out certain foods?”

People often worry they’ll need to eliminate foods they enjoy.

The answer is no. I don’t believe in unnecessary restriction. Instead, I help clients understand balance, portioning, and consistency, so they can enjoy food without guilt while still making progress.

3. “Is this focused on weight loss, or overall health?”

Clients want clarity on outcomes.

I work with people on a range of goals—fat loss, energy, digestion, blood sugar control, performance, and overall health—but always with a long-term, sustainable approach rather than quick fixes.

4. “How is this different from other nutrition coaching?”

Many clients have tried multiple programs before.

They usually ask what makes this approach different, and the answer is:

  • No extremes or one-size-fits-all plans

  • A strong focus on behavior change and lifestyle

  • Support that adapts as life changes

  • Education that builds confidence and independence

5. “Do I need supplements to work with you?”

This comes up often.

I’m clear that supplements are not a requirement. Food, habits, sleep, and stress management come first. Supplements are only recommended when appropriate, evidence-based, and supportive—not as a replacement for nutrition.

6. “How long does it take to see results?”

People want reassurance before committing.

I explain that many clients feel better (energy, digestion, clarity) within weeks, while physical changes take longer. The emphasis is on progress, not speed, and building results that last.

7. “Will this fit into my lifestyle?”

This question is often implied, even if not stated directly.

Clients want to know:

  • Can they eat out?

  • Can they enjoy social events?

  • Can this work with family and work commitments?

My answer is always yes—because the coaching is built around their life, not the other way around.

8. “What support will I get?”

People want to know they won’t be left on their own.

They commonly ask about:

  • Check-ins and accountability

  • Communication between sessions

  • Adjustments when things aren’t working

I emphasize ongoing support, feedback, and flexibility.

In summary

Most new clients are looking for reassurance:

  • That they won’t be restricted

  • That it will actually work for them

  • That they won’t fail again

My role is to meet those concerns with clarity, compassion, and a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.
